Fitlixy (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website and mobile application.

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, profile photo) via Google Sign-In. We also collect photos you upload to use our virtual try-on feature, wardrobe items you save, outfit preferences, and usage data to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Fitlixy service, generate AI-powered virtual try-on images, personalize your style recommendations, send service-related notifications, and maintain the security of your account.
3. Photo Data
Photos you upload for virtual try-on are processed by our AI engine (Google Vertex AI) and stored securely. Generated images are associated with your account. You can delete your generated outfits at any time from your profile.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Fitlixy (Firebase for authentication, Google Vertex AI for image generation). These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@fitlixy.com.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed session tokens, and secure cloud storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Fitlixy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
