Our Service allows You to upload photos and generate AI images ("Content"). You retain all of Your ownership rights in Your Content. By uploading Content to the Service, You grant Us a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the Service for the purpose of providing the AI Try-On service to you.

You agree not to upload any Content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive
• Contains explicit nudity or sexual content not appropriate for a fashion context
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other right of any other person or entity

3. Pro Subscription

The Service may offer premium features available via a paid subscription ("Fitlixy Pro"). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the respective app store policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. While our AI models are advanced, we do not guarantee that the generated virtual try-on images are 100% accurate physical representations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
