Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Fitlixy. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform, including the website, mobile application, and AI virtual try-on features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fitlixy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fitlixy. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@fitlixy.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Fitlixy for any unlawful purpose, upload images of others without consent, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
5. Credits and Subscriptions
Free accounts receive 3 AI try-on credits per month. Premium subscriptions and credit packs are available for purchase. All sales are final unless required by law. Credits do not expire for premium subscribers.
6. Intellectual Property
The Fitlixy service, including its AI technology, design, and catalog content, is owned by Fitlixy and protected by intellectual property laws. Generated outfit images are owned by you and licensed to us for service improvement.
7. Disclaimer
Fitlixy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that virtual try-on results will perfectly represent how garments fit in real life. Results may vary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitlixy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Fitlixy after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
